What is the top speed and range of a Onewheel?
Top speed and range vary by model. The Onewheel GT offers up to 32 miles on a single charge and a top speed of 20 mph, while the Pint X provides up to 18 miles of range and an 18 mph top speed.
How long does it take to learn how to ride?
Most riders feel confident within 15 to 30 minutes of their first session. Our Simplestop technology makes it easy for beginners to dismount safely while they find their balance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boards in new, unused condition. If the board has been ridden, it is no longer eligible for return. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Does my Onewheel come with a warranty?
Every Onewheel comes with a limited warranty that covers components for up to 12 months or 2,000 kilometers, and the battery pack for 6 months or 1,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
Can I ride my Onewheel in the rain?
While Onewheels are water-resistant and can handle damp surfaces or light splashes, they are not waterproof. We recommend avoiding deep puddles and heavy rain to protect the internal electronics.
