Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your Onewheel and accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for usage and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
